Here's to New Year's Resolutions!

Tomorrow begins a New Year!  I have high hopes, dreams and goals for this coming year! 

Last year, Ali prompted me with her post about choosing "a word" to focus on for the upcoming year.  Last year my word was "Focus".    This year my word is "Schedule".

Starting Jan 1, I resolve to make better use of my time, to schedule and create slots for all the areas of my life, so things don't get lost in the shuffle, you know?  For instance, the awesome Canon Rebel Camera that I bought last May and still have not taken out of the box to learn how to use!  I'm dying to use it - I've been wanting one forever, but I need to "Schedule" time to learn how to use it so that I can enjoy it!

So the word "Schedule" at first glance may sound boring, but I believe it's implementation will bring me tons of joy and a richer life in 2008!

Busy, busy elf...

 

Getting ready to do a show tomorrow at a local college - packing up my scrappin' and stampin' goods today, but since I promised some holiday project photos - I thought I'd share these paper trees & paper ornaments from a recent class of mine!  If you'd like to purchase a class kit for these - you'll get enough supplies to make 1 tree and a whole bunch of ornaments! I got some new stockings for our family this year and I've got a cute idea on how to label them for each person!  So many ideas, so little time!
